Over the course of six seasons and one near-total reboot, Fear the Walking Dead has been about a lot of things. But right now, it’s about surviving a new kind of world-shaping catastrophe; one that nearly drove longtime series mainstay Morgan Jones (Lennie James) and his maybe-new-girlfriend Grace Mukherjee (Karen David) to almost commit suicide in the Season 6 finale. The threat of imminent nuclear annihilation has a funny tendency to shove all other priorities — even a zombie plague — into the background, and that’s pretty much the legacy that doomsday cult leader Theodore aka “Teddy” Maddox (John Glover) left behind while meeting his own overdue end in last season’s finale. Discovering and eventually launching a batch of missiles over the Lone Star state in a perverse Messianic death wish, Teddy inadvertently levels the entire playing field as Fear the Walking Dead prepares for its next chapter: Some key characters die, the fates of others are unknown, and the whole event vacuums out the power dynamics that were in play last season to clear the way for something new as Season 7 approaches.
That brings us to the other big plot driver that’s stealing center stage this season: The emerging high-stakes personal war between Morgan and Victor Strand (Colman Domingo). In the wake of a long struggle that’s put Morgan and Victor at odds over the choices they’ve made to benefit FTWD’s large cast of survivors, Victor finds himself viewing the nuclear blast alongside a new acquaintance — a mild-mannered History professor who hears Victor’s long confession (after some typical Victor-esque smooth-talking) about what he really wants out of life. For Victor, the blast feels like a new beginning: the perfect gateway to a new future where his survive-at-all-costs skills can finally come into their own. Morgan and Grace, meanwhile, swerve from deciding to kill themselves at the last minute when they hear the sounds of a crying baby over the loudspeaker — only to stumble outside and find a zombified Rachel (Brigitte Kali Canales) being tugged along, with the un-zombified baby in tow, by Fear the Walking Dead’s resident canine, Rufus. It’s a near-miraculous discovery that seems to give the pair a new lease on life, especially after riding out Teddy’s atomic apocalypse. –Syfy.com

In the pantheon of cinematic greetings, few send shivers down your spine faster than “Hello, Clarice.” Even when those words are being spoken by a handsome Muppet like Landon Kirby. That’s how Landon — or Landi-vore, as we’ll be calling him for as long as Malivore’s possession sticks — welcomes Hope to his chambers in TVLine’s exclusive sneak peek of Legacies‘ fourth season premiere, airing Oct. 14 at 9/8c on The CW. Fortunately, Landi-vore provides context: “An unexpected side effect of taking over Landon’s body is that I now have all his memories,” he says. “Do you know how many movies this kid has seen?”Seizing the opportunity for more witty banter, Hope whips out a bevy of torture tools before telling her boyfriend’s father, “You’re not Hannibal Lecter. You’re the lamb.”Here’s what we can expect from next week’s premiere, per the episode’s official logline: “After learning that Malivore has taken over Landon’s body, Hope and the Super Squad come up with a risky plan to rescue Landon, as well as Cleo, who has been absorbed into Malivore’s darkness. Meanwhile, an impromptu date with Finch brings up a subject that Josie is not ready to talk about.”There’s one more thing you should probably keep in mind as we head into Season 4: According to executive producer Brett Matthews, the first four episodes — which were originally meant to be the final four episodes of Season 3 — will deliver “what the show has been building to for three seasons.” –Tvline.com

After wrongly assuming an argument between two ‘soccer moms’ had simply gotten out of hand, the footage zooms in to confirm Zasha is back in the picture. Moreover, rival agent and Callen’s ex-girlfriend Joelle Taylor (Elizabeth Bogush) seems to be the one who initiated the confrontation. Zasha nearly managed to sabotage the team last season as Callen was framed for being a Russian spy. Just before he rendezvoused with a captain who could prove his innocence, he was poisoned and Zasha fled the scene. However, Joelle appears to have beaten the NCIS to the punch and kidnapped the Russian agent in her desperate search for answers. Unfortunately, her unorthodox tactics could land her in hot water with her CIA superiors. New agent Devin Roundtree notes: “That’s pretty brave trying to pull this off in broad daylight.” Callen explains: “She’s desperate.” When Fatima asks what for, he clarifies: “Revenge.” –Express.co.uk

Some fun guest stars appear in Leverage: Redemption Season 1 to make it very much a family-oriented show — especially behind the scenes. Noah Wyle’s (corporate lawyer-turned-fixer Harry Wilson) real-life wife and daughter, and Gina Bellman’s (grifter Sophie Devereaux) daughter will appear in the second half of the first season (dropping October 8 on IMDb TV), TV Insider has learned. And even better: the kids will be acting opposite their parents. Bellman’s child, Romy Sethna, guest stars as the daughter of a legendary grifter, Stella (Joanna Cassidy), in Episode 11, “The Jackal Job.” In the episode, the team explores Stella’s failing memory to try and find her greatest score before her abusive Elder Guardian can get his hands on it and take over her life. As Leverage did in its original run, one of the team will be playing Stella in the flashbacks, and in this case, it’s, of course, Bellman. Wyle’s wife Sara Wells appears in Episode 12, “The Golf Job,” as Jennifer, a bubbly clerk at a golf club’s pro shop. Hitter Eliot Spencer (Christian Kane) will use his charm to get information from her to help him and Jack Hurley (Drew Powell, reprising his role from the original series) with their con. In this episode, an old friend’s visit sparks a self-doubting Harry to uncover an unlikely client on the links at his exclusive golf club. (This episode also features the Angel reunion for Kane with James Marsters.) Wyle’s daughter Auden Wyle steps in as his character’s daughter, Becky, in Episode 15, “The Muddy Waters Job.” Though Harry tries to maintain a relationship with her, it’s hard since she lives with her mother and stepfather, Ethan. However, Becky turns to her father for help after a disturbing encounter with a prowler outside of her home. It’ll be up to the team to infiltrate an oil rig and a small-town trial to find evidence that a corrupt oil CEO is hiding a dangerous oil leak in the gulf — which is responsible for illnesses along the spill zone. […] These guest stars come after executive producer Dean Delvin’s daughter, Hannah Devlin, appeared in the first half of the season. In Episode 6, “The Card Game Job,” she played Jenna, who suffered from a rare respiratory illness called Swale’s Disease and needed expensive medication. –Tvinsider.com
Leverage: Redemption säsong 1 part 2 har premiär på IMDb TV den 8 oktober.
Viewers will be treated to ”a small time jump around Episode 7”, when Sheldon begins his second semester of college, Molaro told TVLine. ”[There will be] new classes, new professors and new situations [that] Sheldon is not prepared to handle,” he added. As for Sheldon’s older brother Georgie, he’ll be thinking a lot about life after high school. ”[He] is going to make a decision that will affect the entire family,” Molaro teased.
Molaro also clarified how the spinoff will tie into the original show, The Big Bang Theory. While the first episode back won’t feature an Easter egg similar to the one in season four — a surprise Amy Farrah Fowler cameo — Molaro promised ”a few exciting Easter eggs scattered throughout the season”, beginning with ”the origin of Sheldon’s disdain for engineering”. –Digitalspy.com
Säsong 5 av Young Sheldon har premiär på CBS den 7 oktober.
The sequel to CBS’s global hit CSI: Crime Scene Investigation, CSI: Vegas will include original cast members William Petersen and Jorja Fox and premieres this fall airing Wednesdays at 10/9c on CBS and the CBS app. CSI: Vegas opens a brand-new chapter in Las Vegas, the city where it all began, where Petersen and Fox will join forces with a new team lead by Paula Newsome. Facing an existential threat that could bring down the entire Crime Lab and release thousands of convicted killers back onto the neon-lit streets of Vegas, a brilliant new team of investigators led by Maxine Roby (Paula Newsome) must enlist the help of old friends, Gil Grissom (William Petersen), Sara Sidle (Jorja Fox), and David Hodges (Wallace Langham). Roby’s team is made up of Joshua Folsom (Matt Lauria), Allie Rajan (Mandeep Dhillon), and Hugo Ramirez (Mel Rodriguez). This combined force will deploy the latest forensic techniques to do what they do best—follow the evidence—in order to preserve and serve justice in Sin City.
The undead hereare known as “empties,” but World Beyond’s second and final season is chock-full of answers. Mostly about the Civic Republic Military (CRM), the shadowy cabal that’s already gotten its hands on The Walking Dead’s Rick Grimes (Andrew Lincoln) as well as several Fear survivors, in addition to terrorizing many on Beyond (set 10 years after the start of the apocalypse).“You’re going to get a lot of insight about what you’ve heard passed around between Dead and Fear,” notes Aliyah Royale, who plays fierce teen Iris Bennett.Last season, Iris and her edgy adoptive sister Hope (Alexa Mansour) left the safe haven of Nebraska’s Campus Colony for New York to locate their scientist dad, Leo (Joe Holt), who was sent there to research the dead for CRM. Their perilous trek was joined by Colony security officers Felix Carlucci (Nico Tortorella) and Jennifer “Huck” Mallick (Annet Mahendru), brainy teen Elton Ortiz (Nicholas Cantu) and violent loner Silas Plaskett (Hal Cumpston).Over countless miles of dystopian terrain, it was revealed that Huck was sabotaging the journey. She framed Silas for trying to kill fellow survivor Percy (Ted Sutherland) and for actually killing Percy’s uncle Tony (Scott Adsit), and she sliced Felix’s ankle during a zombie attack—all part of a secret mission to deliver Hope solo to coldhearted CRM Lt. Col. Elizabeth Kublek (Julia Ormond), Huck’s mother. “The first couple of episodes are kind of a mind trip,” says Mansour. “There are some insane scenes between [Kublek] and Hope.” And it was only a matter of time before the group saw CRM’s true intentions. “That’s the thing about large organizations [like the CRM]—they talk about doing things for the common good, but it’s a terrible thing they’re actually doing,” Royale says.Still, “the asset” (aka Hope) winds up in CRM custody, along with Silas, who sacrificed himself to let Elton and Percy escape. The first season closed with a betrayed Iris and Felix encountering a band of survivors in the woods—led by Felix’s beau, Will (Jelani Alladin, promoted to series regular with Holt, Sutherland and Natalie Gold). “Now the fight is harder,” offers Tortorella of Season 2’s race to save Hope and expose the shady agency. “We realize pretty quickly that the CRM isn’t just one group of people—there are different sects underneath. But as the season progresses, we start to get pieces of the bigger puzzle.”“And who knows,” Mansour says teasingly. “You might even see Rick!”. –Tvinsider.com

Grey’s Anatomy säsong 18
Recently, Meg Marinis teased a possibility of love finding Meredith in Grey’s Anatomy Season 18 while talking with TV Line. She acknowledged that Meredith went through a lot in the last season. While battling with Covid, she just lost her love, DeLuca. Further, Meg shared that Meredith has just got out of Covid, and her career and family come first before anything else. So although she might not be actively looking for love, it might find Meredith eventually during season 18. In addition, Meg pointed out that although we saw Meredith and Hayes sharing a drink from a half-empty bottle of whiskey, an official drink is due in the next season. It will be exciting to see if Meredith gets along with Hayes, as he clearly looks to be into her. In the previous season, we saw Hayes making several visits to Meredith even though she was bedridden. […] The recent trailer for Grey’s Anatomy teases a Premiere Crossover Event between the show and its spin-off Station 19 season 5. The rig is stolen by someone, as the station 19 veterans try to control the situation by taking patients on foot to Grey Sloan. Further, there’s a big explosion as chaos sets over. Additionally, Link and Ameli are still fighting after he proposed marriage last season. Amelia is still unsure about the wedding, but Link keeps bringing it up. The first thing to note here is, of course, the title: “And the Empire Strikes Back.” Obviously, that’s meant to be a Star Wars reference, but there will be so much more context when this hour actually arrives on Thursday, September 23. (Remember, this is the first half of a two-hour premiere. The second hour is titled “Never Turn Your Back on Them.”) Curious to get a few more details on the story that’s coming? Then be sure to check out the full Law & Order: SVU season 23 premiere synopsis now:As the investigation into a sex-for-housing scheme expands, Benson’s loyalty to Garland is tested. Rollins and Carisi try to keep their witnesses on board when a powerful congressman is identified as a suspect. Guest starring Ben Rappaport, Terry Serpico and Octavio Pisano. Most of this charts with the news that is already out there that Demore Barnes will be leaving the show as a series regular. However, there’s nothing in here that indicates the impending/surprising exit of Jamie Gray Hyder, who plays of course the character of Kat. We would imagine that what happens in the premiere will carry over into episode 2, and it may take both actors to spell all of this out entirely. –Cartermatt.com

We’ve been waiting for so long for Stabler and Benson to reunite.” Speaking to TV Line, creator Dick Wolf said the new season of Organized Crime would be broken up into three eight-episode arcs.He said: ”The first third of the season is The Godfather. The second third is American Gangster. And the last third is Scarface.” ”These villains are going to be really bad guys that give [Stabler] a constant source of energy, outrage, belief in justice, and a different way of pursuing criminals than we’ve had before.” –Newsweek.com
