Batwoman, Ny säsong!

Batwoman’s Ryan Wilder finally got her life together, but now it looks like her troubles are only just beginning. As you’ll recall, Ryan (played by Javicia Leslie) was released from parole, moved out of her van and finally accepted the Batwoman mantle as her own, following a heart-to-heart with Kate Kane. Then, during Ryan’s season-ending visit to Arkham Asylum, Alice dropped the bombshell that her frenemy’s birth mother was still very much alive. Season 3 of the Arrowverse series, premiering Wednesday, Oct. 13 at 9/8c on The CW, will tackle the fallout from that reveal.
“It’s really like opening an old wound, and Ryan’s not sure if she wants to deal with it,” Batwoman showrunner Caroline Dries tell TVLine. “Part of her thinks Alice is messing with her, and deep down is hoping that Alice is messing with her, so she doesn’t have to deal with this. What she ultimately learns is Alice was telling the truth.”
With the Season 3 introductions of Jada Jet (played by Robin Givens), a business tycoon who may or may not be Ryan Wilder’s potential birth mother, and potential brother Marquis Jet (Law and Order: Organized Crime’s Nick Creegan), Ryan will struggle with a potential family that is very different from what she used to fantasize about as a foster kid. This will make things even more complicated for the caped hero, who has her own mess to clean up with the Bat trophies that went missing in Season 2. Former GCPD detective Renee Montoya (Gotham’s Victoria Cartagena) will lead the charge in the recovery of those dangerous objects. “She’s old school, and she’s been around, and she remembers Batman’s Gotham and Gordon’s Gotham,” Dries says. “She knows that things don’t end well when people get their hands on [the Bat trophies],” Dries explains. “[Both Kate and Ryan as] Batwoman have done a great job of keeping the streets relatively safe for the last few years, but Renee sees a storm brewing — and she is terrified.” […] –Tvline.com

The makers have not released the synopsis for the entire season, but they recently updated the fans with the official logline of the season’s first episode. The official synopsis of Season2’s first episode reads, “With summer break around the corner, Pat (Luke Wilson) suggests the family take a vacation after seeing that Courtney (Brec Bassinger) has been spending too much time focused on being Stargirl and not enough time on her schoolwork. Meanwhile, as Beth (Anjelika Washington) attempts to reconnect with Chuck, she stumbles upon a major secret her parents have been keeping from her. Elsewhere, Yolanda (Yvette Monreal) continues to be haunted by Brainwave’s death, and Rick (Cameron Gellman) secretly tracks Solomon Grundy after suspecting he may still be in the area.” –Meaww.com

As we mentioned, season 4 will serve as the final season of Black Lightning with the spin-off that was originally planned called Painkiller, not going forward.

This time there will be a little twist and surprise for the audience in the twelfth episode. As this episode is written by  Azie Tesfai and J. Holtham. This is the first time ever in the history of Arrowverse of DC Universe that an episode is written by the actors themselves and not the scriptwriter. The Flash, Ny säsong!

”In addition to the well-spoiled encore by Ashley Rickards’ The Top in Tuesday’s Season 7 opener, showrunner Eric Wallace told me, ’I would not rule out another big villain from the first three seasons — one of my all-time favorites — to appear in Graphic Novel No. 3’ (aka the arc following the Mirrorverse),” Mitovich replied. There are currently no other clues as to who the villain might be outside of the fact that they appeared in said first three seasons, although old enemies of the Fastest Man Alive from previous seasons coming back is nothing new for The Flash. Due to the current coronavirus (COVID-19) pandemic, Season 6 of The Flash was cut short by three episodes, causing the season to end on a cliffhanger. Season 7 will provide closure to said cliffhanger, as well as continue the Green Lantern storyline started by the series finale of Arrow. –cbr.com

Superman & Lois har premiär på The CW den 23 februari. Serien kommer till HBO Nordic, dock svårt att få riktigt grepp om exakt när. Enligt vissa sidor har den premiär även på HBO den 23 februari men inget som är bekräftat.
