Superman & Lois, Ny säsong!

Superman & Lois season 1 included plenty of action and twists. And, along with a focus on Morgan Edge (Adam Raynor) as the main antagonist, the Arrowverse series also brought in other baddies and baddies-turned-reluctant allies. It’s an approach that will continue into the show’s second installment. But, in a significant way, as revealed by showrunner Todd Helbing, the upcoming episodes will see a shift.
Speaking with SFX Magazine to promote Superman & Lois season 2, which will kick off January 11 on The CW, Helbing teased that the trend of multiple villains will continue. He noted that though the baddies won’t be working together, they do hand off to one another. He added that one of the antagonists will be focused on Superman, while the other will be a “Lois villain.” Helbing concluded by saying that these villains, unlike those of the first season, will require even more strength to get rid of. “There are multiple villains, really. Both villains affect Clark and Lois personally. We start out with one villain that is really more Superman, while setting up the Lois villain. They are not working together, but they hand off in a cool way this season. One of them comes to the forefront and, in a lot of ways, is more powerful than the other one. It will take the whole team, in a different way than last year, to stop this person.”

An official synopsis for The Flash‘s eighth season has yet to be released due to the “Armageddon” event, however, we do know some plot details starting with the synopsis for part one of the five episode crossover:

PART ONE OF THE ARMAGEDDON FIVE EPISODE EVENT – When a powerful alien threat arrives on Earth under mysterious circumstances, Barry (Grant Gustin), Iris (Candice Patton) and the rest of Team Flash are pushed to their limits in a desperate battle to save the world. But with time running out and the fate of humanity at stake, Flash and his companions will also need to enlist the help of some old friends if the forces of good are to prevail. Clearly Barry, the rest of Team Flash, and the Arrowverse’s proto-Justice League are going to be in for a fight that’ll once again put their lives on the line. It seems like these heroes are always a stone’s throw away from ruin but once the dust settles over this big battle, Team Flash will have a another fight on their hands, this time a season long one concerning Iris.In the final episodes of season 7, Iris contracted a type of time sickness that resulted in her passing in and out of temporal planes. While Deon aka The Still Force was able to stabilize her for the time being, showrunner Eric Wallace told TVLine that the team would be in it for the long haul in terms of finding a solution. Solving Iris’ time sickness is a huge, huge part of the entire season, and it will take all season to solve that. Riverdale just wrapped up its fifth season a few weeks ago and season six is arriving in about two weeks time. Ahead of the premiere episode The CW has debuted an official synopsis for the new season’s first episode teasing the ”new day” that will happen in the town. Titled ”Chapter Ninety-Six: Welcome to Rivervale,” the new episode will premiere on Tuesday, November 16, and is written by Roberto Aguirre-Sacasa and directed by Gabriel Correa. As was previously reported the episode will be part of the ”Rivervale” event and will set-up the long teased arrival of Chilling Adventures of Sabrina star Kiernan Shipka who will reprise her role in the sixth season.The ”Chapter Ninety-Six: Welcome to Rivervale” synopsis reads: ”WELCOME TO RIVERVALE – Following the explosion that ended Season Five, a new day dawns in the town of RiverVALE, where everything is as it should be. Veronica (Camila Mendes) and Reggie (Charles Melton) are now the town’s power couple, while Jughead (Cole Sprouse) and Tabitha (Erinn Westbrook) move in together. But with Cheryl (Madelaine Petsch) demanding a return to the ”old ways,” this serenity will surely not last. And how could Archie (KJ Apa) and Betty (Lili Reinhart) possibly have survived? According to showrunner Nkechi Okoro Carroll, who spoke to TV Line in September, season four will ”fill in the blanks” fans were left with after All American Season 3 aired its final episode this past July. ”What we can promise the audience is we will fill in the blanks of what happened,” Carroll vowed. “This is not going to be a season-long guessing game of where things ended up after the cliffhangers.
