Netflix has confirmed that season five will be the show’s last — but there will be a follow-up feature film called Seven Kings Must Die, which will tell one final story in Uhtred’s world. A release date has not been confirmed yet, but the movie is currently filming in Hungary, with a special on-set video posted on the show’s official Twitter account…

The return of Kung Fu for season 2 marks another face-off between Nicky Shen and a familiar adversary, her long-lost cousin Mia (Vanessa Rao). In the first season, it has been revealed that Mia is working with the crime boss Russell Tan. While the stage has already been set for the showdown of these two characters, Nicky might hesitate to go on full fighting mode on the account of them being family.
We can also expect the second season to tackle the fallout of Nicky’s battle with her mentor’s sister and killer, Zhilan. While the villainess is doomed to spend the rest of her days in jail, she will remain as Nicky’s archenemy since Yvonne Chapman, the actress who plays the character, has been promoted to series regular in the new season. Aside from Vanessa Rao and Yvonne Chapman joining the main cast of Kung Fu Season 2, new characters will also be introduced in the upcoming season, including JB Tadena as Sebastian and Annie Q. as Juliette Tan. –Comparetv.com.au

  • ‘Kiss Me and Smile for Me‘ is the title of the second episode.

Bäckström säsong 2 är fritt baserad på Leif GW Perssons roman, Den sanna historien om Pinocchios näsa och handlar om kändisadvokaten Tomas Eriksson, tillika Bäckströms ärkefiende och rival i TV-programmet Spaning, som under mystiska omständigheter hittas mördad i sitt hem. Bäckström tar sig an det högprofilerade fallet med dubbla känslor. Han njuter av hetluften och strålkastarljuset, men ju mer han gräver sig in i Eriksson hemliga liv, desto mer inser han till sin fasa hur lika dom är – framgångsrika, giriga, korrupta och ensamma.
Mordplatsen är full av motsägelsefulla spår som öppnar för en myriad av olika händelseförlopp och gärningspersoner. Fallet utvecklas till att bli det svåraste Bäckström tagit sig an. Han upptäcker att motivet till mordet tycks kretsa kring en mytomspunnen speldosa i guld föreställande Pinocchio. Den är tillverkad av Fabergé, värd 300 miljoner kronor och dess väg genom seklerna är kantad av ond bråd död, vilket inte hindrar Bäckström från att i hemlighet själv försöka lägga vantarna på den. Precis som Eriksson tycks ha gjort. Girigheten leder ut Bäckström i allt farligare vatten i en värld där alla visar sig ljuga värre än Pinocchio själv.
